ArtsEdSearch Review Panel

In 2013, the Arts Education Partnership announced the formation of a newly appointed National Review Panel for ArtsEdSearch. Hailing from some of the most prestigious institutions in the country, these 11 distinguished leaders work with AEP to continually grow ArtsEdSearch through rigorous and ongoing peer review of the evolving body of evidence on the benefits of the arts in preparing America’s students for college, careers, and beyond.

The ArtsEdSearch National Review Panel provides leadership in identifying the gaps in research around pressing education issues such as the arts’ role in helping students meet more rigorous academic standards, reducing high school drop-out rates, and strengthening teacher effectiveness. The Review Panel convenes twice annually to ensure that ArtsEdSearch remains the proven resource for educators, researchers, policymakers, and anyone seeking to understand the outcomes associated with arts learning in and out-of-school.
